Food is excellent, there may be a wait because the number of pick ups by uber plus walkin orders. They certainly not afraid to give you an extra cup, plate, straw cover without charge like other Jamaican Restaurants are doing. Also the place was extremely busy tables were dirty and the manager cleaned the tables. The steam fish great, oxtail, I am yet to taste a number of there dishes but I intend to. I would recommend this place.

Worst customer service I've ever received. They said my order would take 30 minutes. I arrived on time to pick up my order and was told 10 minutes. I wanted an additional 30 minutes before my order was actually ready. No one seem to care that time came and went. The blame was in full effect when asked for the truth as to why my order was not ready. Never again will I support this location. They are a far cry from an express service.

Good place to get dinner if you looking for that Jamaican flavorThe food doesn't taste like it used to, but still taste good. The problem is the wait time .. even though the food is ready, there is no on at the counter to expedite the orders. there will be six employees at the counter but not one of them is going to take the initiative to give people their food they looking for that one specific person to give out food..I gave 3 stars because of wait time and food taste.

The quality of food has declined, you spend so much money for your order and don’t get what you anticipated the carrot juice was on point but all of a sudden it water down no taste and when you called the restaurant they tell you this is what the manager wants seek the carrot juice in the bottle which is poorly made. I mean Mr. Manager #1 thing about management is listening to your customers and putting their needs first without us you have no restaurant.

The quality of the food has declined. I tried to give it many chances but for not being cheap they need to hire better chefs that can cook well and make food taste the same consistently. I give up never ever ever supporting this business again.
